I was a little anxious as I’ve had a problem with my lower back after moving furniture last weekend, but I took it very carefully, it was such a calm and gentle class. I honestly think if anything it has helped my back!
I can see how we are progressing each week, you really are a brilliant teacher, the way you guide us and suggest the gentle adjustments etc, I’m learning so much. And I love that it’s about so much more than the postures. I wasn’t sure initially how practising yoga remotely was going to work but I have to say I really do feel like I’m in the room with you! I have managed to make the live sessions so far but it is great to know that you can catch up later if necessary, and of course go back and repeat, which I have been enjoying."

I feel so much more relaxed after these sessions. Thank you! I suffer with terrible anxiety and I just can't believe how much the belly breaths help me. I'm even doing them when I feel the anxiety coming at night when I'm in bed. This is helping me so much. And my lower back pain seems to have completely gone! It's like a magic wand being waved over my body and mind! Just can't believe I can do yoga I never thought it would be for me.
Thank you again for the sessions, I will keep doing them regularly.
