London Winter Retreat Day

Join us for a mid-winter retreat of gentle yoga, pranayama, kriyas, and meditation. Focusing on reflection, intention-setting, manifestation and nourishing your body and mind. Yoga in Tonbridge

Every Wednesday evening at SNAP FITNESS

Join me at Snap Fitness in Tondbridge on Wednesday evenings where I teach two yoga classes 5.30pm and 6.30pm.

5.30pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga

6.30pm Slow Flow Yoga

Both classes are 45 minutes and you will need to be a member to join. If you love gym workouts alongside your yoga practice this is a super friendly and welcoming place.

Tailored sessions to work on whatever it is you want to improve

One to one sessions include specific practices/exercises to help with whatever you want to work on. Whether it's the physical body, the mind or a spiritual practice you need. I have a wealth of knowledge from pilates to yoga to breathwork and meditation. I can help you rehabilitate from injury, start or improve your yoga practice or go deep into breathwork and meditation to support mental and emotional health. We can focus on one area or combine all of the above to suit you.
