The course includes some powerful meditations, breath work(pranayama), kriyas (energy expansion), slow gentle flow yoga, energising vinyasa flow yoga, journalling prompts and cleansing recipes for a full body, mind and soul experience.

Originally created as a Spring Equinox weekend course we are working with the Equinox symbolism of moving out of the dark and into the light. You can do this practice at anytime for a reset and a recharge. 
Use this course to get clear on life intentions, dreams and goals and for fresh new beginnings.
'Out with the old and in with the new' is the running theme of this course.
So if you have been feeling stuck and unmotivated and are ready for positive change and moving forwards in your life then hop in and lets get ready to do the work.

Schedule

Take this course over three days or go at a pace that suits you. It's yours for life.
All sessions are recordings of previously run LIVE sessions.. so you will feel like you are in a LIVE class.

Initially, I would recommend making your way through the sessions in order, as it has a specific flow. 
Firstly, to work out what it is you want to let go of,  secondly, what it is you want to bring in to your life and finally, what you are grateful for right now.

Once you have been through the course once in full, then head back to your favourite sessions anytime you feel called to do so.

A big part of the work in this course is the journalling so be sure to take time to do the journalling prompts. Grab a cup of tea, sit comfortably, read through the prompts and scribble away whatever comes to you.
It doesn't have to be poetry and some of it might not make sense at first but the more you go into and contemplate the questions and your life, the more realisations and break throughs will come to you. It can be a powerful practice.
