This beautiful meditation consists warm up breathwork followed by three specific kriyas (breathing exercise) that lead to feeling deep gratitude and abundance when practiced consistently. Practice every day for 21 days and feel the incredible life changing effects. The course also includes two bonus sessions including a stretch and sun salutation flow.

Have you ever noticed when you're in a good positive mood feeling grateful for the good in your life everything seems to flow and go your way. When you're in a bad negative mood nothing seems to go right!
This is all to do with your energy and what you are radiating out into the world.
You get back what you put out. It's the law of attraction.

Meditation and feeling grateful for what you already have is a wonderful way to bring you into alignment to experience more of the good mood days and less of the bad mood.
 
The practices in this particular meditation are focused on bringing in more abundance and gratitude into your life by using the breath, mantra and mudra that strengthen our energy and uplift our wellbeing.

Asking for what you want, visualising it and feeling how it will feel when you get it, is a very powerful practice.
Then feel gratitude for what you already have… your loved ones, your home, a nice cup of tea, the sunrise…there’s always something we can focus on to bring in the feeling of gratitude.

When you take a few mins each day to work on our energy, mood, mind and wellbeing we start to vibe at a higher frequency more consistently and when we do this, all that we desire for our lives, starts to come through. Abundance comes in.

And the 'side effects' of doing this practice every day for 21 days are pretty good too.. reduce stress and anxiety... improve sleep and digestion not to mention balancing the hormones which has an endless list of benefits from weight loss to easing menopause symptoms.

          How does it work?

          Once you are signed up to the challenge you will have access to all the sessions (available from January 23rd at 5am uk time)
          All you have to do is log in with your email and password (created when you signed u)  and click on the video that you would like to follow. Maybe some days you will do the meditation only and on other days you will add in the stretch or the warm up kriyas. Whatever you decide and have time for, the challenge is, to log in every day for 21 days and do at least the meditation session.
