This section contains seated practices for various needs.. using breathing techniques to energise the body and clear out tension whilst calming the mind and allowing us to go deeper into heart and soul.
If you can't sit cross legged on the floor try sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the ground and these exercises will work just as well.
These classes include all aspects of the yoga practice
1-Stretch to prepare the body and mind
2-Breath work (kriyas and pranayama) to clear, energise and set intentions for our lives
3-Asana Flow to ground and balance the body with a balance of strength and flexibility
4-Relaxation to rest and let the energy of the practice settle in
The sessions in this section are slower than those in section 2. We spend a longer time stretching to go deeper and then move through a slow gentle flow of yoga postures so you can really start to master the technique and alignment of each posture. Some of the classes will also include breathing exercises.
Suitable for those that enjoy a slower paced class or are new to yoga.
