This 21 day challenge is specifically designed to keep you shining bright and feeling energised through dark heavy times including the dark phase of the moon cycle each month. Naturally at this time of the month we feel the need to slow down and rest but that doesn't mean we need to feel heavy and sluggish.
These magical breathing/energy exercises will build an inner strength, leave you feeling grounded, calm, centred and energised. They will help to keep your dreams and desires alive, build self trust and self worth whilst reducing stress and anxiety.
The challenge includes a seated breath work practice to take every day for 21 consecutive days. This will work on strengthening your energy whilst releasing any tensions/stresses from the mind. You also have two pre recorded bonus sessions, including a short stretch routine and yoga flow session to keep your body strong and flexible. Take these bonus sessions when you have time to complement the breath work. On top of that, there are two LIVE session recordings, including a tutorial and closing class from when we last ran the challenge LIVE.
Initially if you can do this practice for 21 consecutive days it will really help you to master the exercises. Then you can use the meditation each month around the time of the dark moon (3-4 days before the new moon) It will help you feel a huge release of heaviness, keep you centred and grounded and lighten up a new perspective and insight for your future. Please have a yoga mat or something to lie on, a yoga belt or scary/towel will do, cushions and blankets to sit on for the meditation. If you are not comfortable sitting on the ground then please have a chair to sit on.
