This course will run LIVE from Monday 13th May through to Friday 17th May. We will meet on zoom at 7am each morning to learn a breath work set that will help you to manage any stress and anxiety in your life that might be holding you back from living a happy healthy life you deserve.
Recordings are uploaded a few hours after the sessions if you can't make it LIVE. Course is yours for life once you book on so you can revisit as many times as you like.
Th exercises we will learn are easy to do, anyone can learn them and massively benefit from them. This course is a good start if you have been wanting to get into some sort of daily/weekly routine/ritual to help you feel stronger and more positive as you navigate the challenges of human life!
The first two sessions (Monday and Tuesday) will be dedicated to learning how to sit comfortably to take the practice and also breaking down the exercises so you can really get a hang of the safe techniques and movements. The final three days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) we will meet up to run the breath work set together in full and really get into the experience and feel the incredible benefits that come with these magical exercises.
The LIVE sessions will run on zoom where you can be totally anonymous and invisible if you prefer :-) You will enter the meeting muted and with your camera off and it's your choice if you want to turn your camera on. Obviously I would love to see your faces but I totally understand if you want to keep your home practice private.

A 20-30 minute session.
How to set up in a comfortable seat that works for your body.
We'll also start to break down and learn the correct and safe techniques for some of the exercises and experience the effects they will have on our physical, mental and emotional health.
Continuing to break down and learn the rest of exercises and revisit the ones we learnt in session 1 so we are clear on how to do them safely and effectively. 20-30 minute class.
Now we will start to run the breath work set through setting intention and visions of what we want to release from our lives and what we want to bring in. Let the magic begin :-)

A final run through of the complete set that you can continue to practice on your own going forwards :-)
