Beginners Yoga Course

This course runs LIVE every September but can be taken any time. It is compiled of recordings of previous LIVE classes plus lots of pre recorded content to take you on journey of exploration into the wonderful world of Yoga. Read more below. LIVE dates for 2024 coming later in the year.

What will I learn?

On this online beginners yoga course you will not only learn how to stretch and strengthen your body safely but you will learn about the complete practice of yoga.
An integrated approach to yoga includes breathing (pranayama) energy work (kriya) philosophy, mantra, mudra and learning how to use yoga to improve our day to day life, not just the time we spend on the mat.
Tap into the deeper aspect of yourself, go beyond the chitter chatter of the mind and move into the stillness and calmness that resides within us all.
This practice is about training the mind to serve us, rather than judge and criticise and this is just as, if not more important than how many postures we perfect.
Of course we will learn postures (asanas) too and you will get physically stronger and more flexible. A strong flexible body leads to a strong flexible mind and vice versa. When we start to practice regularly we start to see this calm balance flow through into our every day life activities, relationships and decisions.

Week 1- Body

Intro to Yoga -Opening Class
Yoga postures, safe practice, technique and adaptions. 
Learning to truly appreciate our bodies rather than compare and judge

Week 2- Mind
How to train the ego mind to be out ally not our enemy. Realise you are not your thoughts.


Week 3-Soul
Connecting to Soul. Move deeper inwards past the physical body and connect to your true nature. Love, Light and Grace

Week 4- Sadhana
Practice, Patience, Persistence
Establish your self practice and stay consistent with your self evolution
